Morgan & Jason, July 20, 2018 | Wedding Photography at Jefferson County Courthouse and the Fletcher House, Hillsboro, MO
November 11, 2018 6:55 PM Blog
This was such a beautiful day! It was also my first courthouse wedding! I loved every minute of it. Morgan and Jason had the afternoon time slot and it was so fun not only to capture candid and posed shots in the halls during the time we had to wait, but watching all of the other wedding parties come in. I believe we watched 3 others go before us and it was wonderful to see everyone's personalities come through in their clothing and flowers. By the way, check out that bou ......
Hillsboro Engagement and Wedding Photographer | Rebekah and Jordan
May 16, 2015 9:47 PM Blog
Seems like an engagement session always makes appearances as my first thing of the photography season! This year that spot was held by Rebekah and Jordan who are tying the knot this June.In February, we headed out on what turned out to be a pretty warm day for winter, to the covered bridge area north of Hillsboro. I love this place. The bridge is great but my favorite part is the field right there in the park area. I admit it, I love a good uncut field! We had a great time and they were just so c ......

Everything from a couch made out of square straw bales to cross sections of logs used as the cake base to Mason jar drinking cups gifted to the guests. It was al ......

This was totally fun... in a word So, what's going on here? The furniture piece that Jaime is lounging on is a gossip bench or telephone seat. My grandfather had this one in his farm house and it has been passed on to me after he passed away this summer. It's not an antique but I can't find one just like it, one that it's supposed to be modeled after. We were guessing early 1900's style. The telephone came from a local pawn shop. I'd been eyeing it since the spring, even before I got the bench, ......
St. Louis Photographer | Arielle, Cat, Kirstin: Modeling
August 5, 2013 10:40 PM Blog
I have been putting off blogging... why? I have no idea. :) Just busy with everything else, I guess! Here are some photos that were done last December. I had originally done this shoot with someone else but the photos I am posting here (and have posted in my Facebook gallery) were taken by me only. There are more, of course, but these are my favorites. We're going to do this in one pop. This shoot was really great, I love it when an idea I have pans out, heehee. These are truly three wonderful w ......
