This was totally cool because my friends from Tulsa were able to come see me! We had a great time out in our woods, yes, that same spot I mentioned yesterday! The leaves at the time, mid-October had fallen quite a bit but still maintained color, there was so much yellow everywhere, I love it! Here are some of my favorite shots and seeing these guys again cannot come soon enough!!

This was totally fun... in a word So, what's going on here? The furniture piece that Jaime is lounging on is a gossip bench or telephone seat. My grandfather had this one in his farm house and it has been passed on to me after he passed away this summer. It's not an antique but I can't find one just like it, one that it's supposed to be modeled after. We were guessing early 1900's style. The telephone came from a local pawn shop. Well, it seems I got distracted from blogging! Here are photos from Marie's portion of the photo shoot that took place in the rail yard. You know, the whole Runaway Bride thing.We all had so much fun on this shoot. We started the day getting hair and make up and were up north by early afternoon. Thankfully, we had some cooler weather than would be typical the last of June. However, I'd had to cancel part of my plans due to 40% chance of rain and thunderstorms.
